Don’t pass up staying at Patrick’s beautiful cottage. The pictures don’t nearly do the actual place justice; it’s remarkable on the inside. The views around are also incredible and breathtaking. We felt right at home, slept incredible and the home had everything we needed (plus much more). Thank you for hosting such an amazing space.

I would stay at this space over and over again. What a magical opportunity it is to stay at this cottage. Patrick and Norma were very welcoming and incredibly responsive, even when our car got stuck in the Gap up the road. You’re waking up in heaven every day in an absolutely beautifully restored cottage…there’s nothing more we could have asked for!

Stayed at Patrick's place in Kerry and it was unreal! Right in the Gap of Dunloe, the views were mind-blowing - pictures don’t do it justice. There’s this cool river by the house, super private, and the walks? Absolutely stunning, especially with the mountains all around. Patrick left us a little treat too, which was a sweet touch. Honestly, if you’re looking for an amazing getaway spot, this is it. The place, the views, the vibe - everything was spot on. Highly recommend!

A fantastic, almost 150-year old cottage in a simply spectacular setting... what more could anyone ask? The house itself has a fascinating history (look for the photojournal on the shelf chronicling the restoration) and provides all modern amenities in old-world charm. Located about halfway through the stunning Gap of Dunloe, you'll find everything you need-- a cozy sitting room with fire stove, a fully-functional kitchen, modern conveniences, reliable WiFi, and lots of friendly sheep to keep us company! We can't wait to come again, and you should, too. Pat was a lovely host, very responsive and accommodating. We were very fortunate indeed to find this place. Don't miss it on your next trip.
