This place is in a beautiful setting—if a tad hard to fine—and offers nice rooms and a good breakfast. It’s only a few miles outside Killarney, but seems like it’s a world away. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

A wonderful B&B with clean rooms, friendly, warm, helpful host, and a romantic cute eating area. Irish full breakfast was amazing! I love this setting a real working farm and stables. Our drive past the gate into a magical land of sheep, green lush grass, and quiet. A very charming stay. It is easy access to town, and the Muckross house and waterfall. I felt comfortable and at home. Wish I had more time and maybe try a horse back riding. Do support local B&Bs!

This B&B is off the main highway and has a quiet, comfortable sitting room where you can sit back, close your eyes, and stop thinking about driving on the 'wrong' side of the road. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent stall shower. The staff, Maureen, told us that the breakfast ranged from, cereal, fruit, cheese, toast with jam, and excellent coffee, or she would happily provide us with a full Irish breakfast each day. My only caveat is if you are driving from the south (Kilkenny) and using a GPS, you will probably be directed to take the shortest route to the B&B which turns out to be a single lane country road that runs about 8 kilometers to reach the B&B when it is located a much shorter 1.2 kilometers from Muckross road to the north.
